This information is used only to respond to your inquiry about this property. It is not sold or used for third-party advertising.
The form is processed by Netlify (hosting and form handling), acting as a technical processor. Traffic measurement is provided by Google Analytics, enabled only after your consent. The video is served by YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode). These providers may process data under their own policies.
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Google Analytics runs in consent mode: until you accept, analytics storage is denied and no measurement cookie is set; Google may receive anonymous cookieless signals (page viewed, approximate country) used solely for statistical modelling.
Your choice and its date are stored locally in your browser. You can change or withdraw it at any time with the "Manage cookies" button at the bottom of every page. A withdrawal applies immediately: measurement is disabled and any analytics cookies already set are deleted.

Information may be hosted or processed outside Quebec, notably in the United States and the European Union, by our providers (Netlify, Google), who are bound by their own contractual protection commitments.
The site is served over HTTPS, access to inquiries is restricted by password and two-factor authentication, and data is neither sold nor shared for advertising purposes.
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your information, withdraw your consent, or file a complaint about its processing. Write to the officer below: we acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and respond within the 30 days provided by law. A requested deletion is carried out within 30 days. If our response does not satisfy you, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
